He is extremely conscientious in the area of avoiding injury; therefore he explains thoroughly all exercises and makes sure every client is doing each correctly. He is trained to work with those with injuries, so he is knowledgeable in modifying activities for individuals as needed. Marc is also consistently checking on his clients throughout the week giving them encouragement and suggestions in areas needed.
