My goal in partnering with Ultimate Performance Training was to commit the time I had remaining before my wedding (about 6 months) toward getting on a consistent work-out schedule and building muscle tone. I have tried working out on my own but, unfortunately, doing so can be discouraging and all too easy to give up on. The accountability aspect of this training and Marc’s personal investment in my overall well-being was incredibly helpful. Marc did a great job with trying to keep me on a regular schedule, despite a lot of work stress and wedding planning I was going through! The work-out routine greatly improved stability in my right knee which had been giving me pain (my hip was not loading properly), increased my balance, and increased my strength. Marc is a trainer who legitimately cares about his clients. He tries to accommodate work schedules, genuinely listens to what your goals are, and develops a plan to help you improve in those areas. He is very encouraging and addresses multiple components that impact one’s health, such as nutrition, sleep, stress relief, and other tips to address issues that may be impacting someone’s overall health. I would recommend him to anyone!
