“When I first came to see Marc I had no desire to exercise, my energy levels were extremely low, and my body was sore. I’d tried everything in the past from training for a marathon to being a part of different boot camps but nothing worked. I needed a training program that was going to help me get back to moving consistently and have the energy to walk for 45-60 minutes a day (my favorite exercise).
