Have you ever wondered, how long will it take me to get results if I commit to this training program?
That’s a question I hear from a lot of people.
It doesn’t help that they also see ads that say “lose 21 lbs in 21 days.”
That sets people who want results up for failure.
It makes them think that developing a healthy lifestyle and getting shape is easy.
I’m sorry to burst your bubble but it’s not.
Developing a healthy lifestyle is hard work.
Getting back to the question, how long will it take me to get results if I commit to this training program?
The answer is it depends.
I say that because results don’t mean the same to everyone.
For a fat loss client, 4-6 weeks on average is when my clients start seeing results in how their clothes fit, drop a couple of pounds, and start to develop a healthier relationship with food.
If this is a busy mom or dad who is looking to have more energy to keep up with their kids and do their day easier, sleep better at night, and develop a healthier lifestyle, my clients on average take 1-2 weeks to start seeing results with that.
The adult who wants to get rid of nagging aches and pains and train pain free, my clients on average take 1-2 training sessions to see results.
My encouragement to you is to not look at how long it will take to see results.
Make a commitment to yourself to start living a healthier lifestyle and take consistent action combined with accountability.
You only get one life, you might as well make the most of it!
