Did you hear about Glenn Close?
Well because of the coronavirus she had to legally change her name to
Glenn Atleastsixfeetaway:).
That’s my favorite coronavirus joke I’ve heard so far:).
This past weekend we went on a family bike ride and took one of our friends sons with us.
We stayed 6ft apart:).
Our ride lasted for over 2 hours and honestly didn’t want it to stop.
This made me ponder the positive changes that have happened as a result of the coronavirus.
1.) Appreciating Time More-so many days would go by where I would be focusing on my list of things to do. I’d be constantly wrapped up in my schedule and forget about more meaningful things around me.
2.) Being Intentional With My Family-it’s been so good to have my kids at home. Many days I see them after work for just a little bit and then they have to go to bed. Getting to spend more time with them has been such a blessing!
3.) Ability To Be Able to Serve My Clients-I’m so grateful I live in this technological age. It’s allowed me to help my clients stay healthy, reduce stress, and have some normalcy through our virtual training in person coaching program.
4.) Embracing Rest-life has been so fast paced and busy. Our calendar is usually filled with every weekend soaked up with activities.
It’s been so nice to rest and relax!
5.) Grateful For My Home-it’s so easy to take where I live for granted. We get everything in an instant. I’ll get annoyed because my comfort has been disrupted. However, my fridge is stocked, we have a roof over our heads, my family is healthy, and we still have toilet paper:). Life is actually really good!
These are challenging times but we will get through them.
Take a moment and think about how you are blessed.
What are you grateful for?
I’d love to hear from you!
