Do you ever feel discouraged when you can’t workout like you want to?
You want to give it your all but you are either too tired or stressed?
If so, you aren’t alone.
In fact I just had a conversation with a client of mine who struggled with the same thing.
He’s going through a busy season at work.
It’s been physically, mentally, and emotionally draining on him.
When he goes to workout on his own, he’s not able to give as much as he wants in his at home workouts.
So we came up with a plan for him to get 30 minutes of movement 5 days a week.
-2 days of the week he trains in person with me
-3 days he lifts weights at home, takes his dogs for a walk, goes for a bike ride, and focuses on just moving!
This allows his brain to not be focused on perfection and instead on consistency.
If you struggle with this, use the mantra below:
START WHEREVER YOU ARE.
USE WHATEVER YOU HAVE.
DO WHATEVER YOU CAN.
Do these things and just keep moving!
You aren’t promised tomorrow, you only have today.
