Many 60 minute workouts are hard to fit into your schedule and can leave you overworked and lacking results. Our 30 Minute Solution focuses on movements that increase your metabolism, help prevent injury, and increase your energy for the day. By adding the right intensity and rest, you are able to achieve more in 30 minutes than you would in 60.
Everything at Ultimate Performance Training is based off of our #1 Core Value “As iron sharpens iron so does one person sharpen another.” To achieve your health and wellness goals, you need other people to encourage and support you through this process. That’s why our training programs are semi-private. Each training session allows up to 4 people per session. You each have your own program that’s specific to your goals but you train together in a small group environment. This allows you to work harder, stay consistent, and have greater accountability.
